‘ENGAGE’ is the Linden Food Group training ‘brand’ which revolves around the strategic engagement and development of its people at management level.

The ENGAGE ‘Team Coaching Programme’ initiative launched back in October 2015 has encompassed training and development sessions and active workshops over 18months. ENGAGE is a first line management programme reflecting Linden’s ethos and core values, which provides practical and modern management techniques aligned with business improvement and growth strategies.

ENGAGE has been an exciting Linden journey involving 50 people, five nationalities, four business sites and twenty-five departments.

“All 50 participants were asked to commit to a 18month journey where they will gain an understanding on aspects of management, leadership and team coaching – with the caveat that they immediately and visibly implement all learning within their departments moving forward.” Concluded Gerry.
