Linden Foods are pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Williamson as our new Supply Chain Manager. He will be replacing Frank Foster who leaves our business at the end of January 2017.
Keith has been employed by Linden Foods since 2011, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience of our business. Keith commenced his employment on our Trainee Graduate Scheme where he undertook projects throughout Maintenance, Primal and Retail Operations, Technical and Planning. As he continued through Linden, he worked within the Supply Chain team with Frank, understanding their processes and had responsibility for the calf houses. Keith then moved to Sales and trained alongside the existing primal team until he took over as Account Manager for a key account. Keith has been an Ambassador for the Food Sector, where he attended local schools, sharing his own experiences working within the industry.
Keith has a Post Grad in Meat Business Management, BTEC in Food Technology, BTEC in Engineering and ILM in Team Leading.
Outside of Linden, Keith farms at home with his father keeping 100 cattle and 200 sheep. He shows his own cattle at shows throughout NI and Scotland and has won many awards for his stock. He is Secretary of the NI Commercial Cattle Club and is trained in AI, animal welfare and husbandry.
