Linden is approved to process organic beef and lamb by Soil Association and IOFGA, the Irish accreditation body.
We work closely with an established farmers? organic group who produce excellent lambs within tight specifications; and who continue to invest enthusiastically in their future.
Organic beef is sourced via our sister company, Slaney Foods in the Republic, for processing and packing in Linden.
Organic beef and lamb from Linden features on retails shelves in Ireland and GB. Strong growth in demand is being experienced which we are meeting through developing relationships with supply groups.
